I still run workshops in schools. Mostly in primary schools but I have also worked with pupils in special and secondary schools.
During the day, a class of children work with me in approximately 10 groups. Each group of about 3 children will work cooperatively with each other to create one sculpture.
With prior agreement, it may be possible to work with two classes. The outcome for the day will still be approximately 10 sculptures but each is created by more children. This is tried and tested methodology. There is an absolute maximum of two classes.
Over many years children have created many, many sculptures. There is (almost) no limit to what can be created. Pupils have sculpted minibeasts, spitfires, dolphins, Henry VIII and his wives, doodlebugs and V2 rockets, Trojan Horses, elephants, flowers and even the Parthenon! The world is an oyster.
The cost is £600 for one day. All materials are provided. I offer free travel for up to 70 miles from my home and charge for any additional miles.
